Po śmierci Michaela Jacksona kilkudziesięciu fanów zgromadziło w Alei Sław w Hollywood przy wmurowanej w chodnik gwieździe na cześć słynnego piosenkarza. Później okazał o się jednak, że fani pomylili gwiazdy i złożyli kwiaty w miejscu upamiętniającym noszącego to samo imię i nazwisko prezentera radiowego stacji KABC.
